Only joe and a large handful of insiders knows how this plays out.  In my view W will never agree to a stream deal unless tax issue is also settled.  I doubt they will want to have to keep playing stream game if mexico doesnt bend.  They can talk about a sale until blue in the face but too many unknowns for real money to be plunked on table.  So I see a sale as real bad for shareholders at this point.
