RE:RE:time to light a match

RE:RE:time to light a matchtried calling these guys last couple days and I haven't been able to get an answer. anybody talk to anybody affiliated with this company? recently or ever? does anyone know how much cash they have if this financing fails? sorry for the questions guys just starting to feel left in the dark here. we seem to be missing a lot of details. the article from smallcap power nov 21 said they have a market cap of 47 million. well if they have over a 100 million shares. then obviously this is severly incorrect. does anyone know how many shares are outstanding because I can't find that material anywhere. we should know this info.
