If they are false and as you say financials are ready for presentation why were they not presented to the exchange? they could have been presented as the BoD said they would and any contesting of them could have been done after publication. There is  imho no smoke without fire, the dealings of Gorrell Chan et al need to be brought into the public arena atnd shareholders are allowed to see just what went on.
The question is have the financials been submitted and refused by TSX or have they not been submitted at all?
I see no benefit in remaining suspended the legal matters are another issue entirely. Just IMHO.
