I also believe the license is priced in partially at least.  You think this will go to $2 because of Matica getting its license?  No way, i highly, highly, highly, highly, highly, highly, highly, highly, highly, highly, highly, highly, hghly doubt that!   Many licensed producers now that aren't at $2 and thats with LESS shares outstanding.  Look at Newstrike (HIP), that's an LP but only in the 50 cent range.  I know each company is different, but this isn't going to skyrocket simply because of getting its license.   JMO
