HSE has lost all respect from the institutional investors, the way they handled the last dividend fiasco still haunts them today. Nobody believes anything HSE says, hence it being the worst perfroming stock on the TSE in the past 3 years. Get rid of the Board of Directors who are in LKS's pocket and put in a board who will look after ALL shareholders. Until then, HSE will sit at $ 15 regardless of the price of oil.
