RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Situation Honduras I spoke with Jean an hour ago. Evidently all the upgrades & new electrical grid to run the amplified energy use are done & a dry run is underway in next few days. An ore run will begin on Wednesday of next week, with a scaling up of capacity in measures to reach the full output of 120 t/d or better progressively.
No turmoil or rioting anywhere in the South of Honduras. He is unhappy about the PPS, yet as I stressed the fact that the Market wants production & profits. The PPS will reflect that.
The La Cobra concession is moving along working with four communities & their Mayors (Mayorial elections have slowed the process due to campaigns) to get their approvals. Doesn't see any obsacles, a small group has some concerns which Jean is working through. No major resistance though. Easier for Glen Eagle due to the fact that the Mill is not in the La Cobra jursdiction, i.e. no cyandide exposure to La Cobra concession.
Evidently Fernandes was the winner & will be the next President according to Jean's contacts in Honduras.
