second, wasn't it your post that pointed out schlumberger had moved their corporate offices to curacao? so for example, schlumberger would be available to work on the project. and i'm sure there are dozens of non-u.s. companies available to work on this project.

so bottomline is: can genoil finance the project? and imo, the russians would not have signed an agreement unless genoil had financing (almost) in place - pending further negotiations - with chinese - and showed proof of this (meaning chinese told russians they were very interested)
