RE:RE:BottomYou also don't have to buy your entire position all at once. I have been picking away in the mid teens as high as .18 with bids in as low as .11. In the end I'll have a decent average buy price. December is a historically weak month especially for stocks with a chart like LOTO's so I'll keep watching the bid/ask and make the calls from there.
