Good Morning Everyone, DNI issued the following press release today. Note: DNI terminated the agreement today (we sent them a notice of default on Dec. 1, and had to wait 7 days to see if they would remedy the situation). I stress the following: The defaults of Cougar which were not remedied are not subject to arbitration under the Option Agreement. DNI is moving forward, I look forward to 2018. Regards Dan
