RE:RE:RE: Thinking we should be prepared for a misinterpretationIt should be perfectly clear to all that Viking is only presenting negative thought-inducing commentary, so the question is WHY?
My theory is that he is being paid by one of the super-majors that is accumulating a position in VLE. A handful of them have been in the data room before and are intently following the progress in the Thrace Basin. Now that the BCGA play is proved, all of these players are going to want to partner up with Statoil. The only way to do this is by taking out VLE. Until one of them hits 10%, they don't have to report their position to the regulator, so Viking is presenting enough doubt to keep the price so his paymaster can accumulate cheap shares.
Don't let Viking convince you otherwise, Shaw is bang on the money - the individual tests matter, but none of them change the fact that a massive BCGA has been found.
Don't let Viking be successful, hold on to your shares regardless of the upcoming test results, the real party begins once the third-party resource estimate in released in mid-January. VLE will soon be absorbed by one of the giants, and the price us smart shareholders will receive will be much higher than today's level.
