I love your comprehensive list of funds.

I think that it was The Prime Minister's Fund for Understanding Gender and Competancy Differences that caused Canada to walk away from a Trade Deal with China.

The also should be a fund for Presidential Idiots.  We can just look South and feel sorry for our neighbours.
