Why do I Post?

Why do I Post? Some here have legitimately asked why do I post here since I am on record as no longer interested in investing in TAC. Simple. Self interest. No, I haven't shorted a stock in a decade. But I am concerned if others lose money in the venure exchange. I want real companies to be able to finance future plans by accessing the public market. When investors here lose their money some will walk away and never come back. That hurts the companies that I may want to invest in.

To prevent this, I try to give a heads up to potential investors when I perceive a less than reputable company/management. I understand that some could care less about management's past. Their only interest is run the stock so they can sell for more than they paid. For real investors who want everyone to succeed trustworthy management is crucial. While I cannot alert everyone on every stock when I come across obvious warning signs I will say something. Those who have a problem with this can use the ignore button.
