If you're going to pump this "stock", why don't you explain to me and other potencial investors why they traded off Experion, a licenced LP, for full control of Northern Vine, and then turn around and SELL OFF MORE THAN HALF OF IT for just a couple million bucks.

They have now limited themselves to testing for Emerald only. If I were an LP, I would not want my testing data available to my competitor prior to bringing it to market. Most large LP's do testing in house or, acquire a testing facility.

I'm not crazy about Emerald or ATT but if you're investing in ATT because of Northern Vine and testing, It makes more sense to invest in Emerald instead. They own more than 50% of Northern Vine and will most likely own the rest before rec.
