Increase in short position? Also Mgmt.'s $15M raise GENIUS!

Increase in short position? Also Mgmt.'s $15M raise GENIUS!IMHO, the shorts may have increased due to selling prior to the 6million "free trading" shs becoming available on Dec 1,that Dela had previously alluded to.
  • If this is correct then the "facts" will reveal themselves on the Dec 16th short report.

Highryder, something tells me that you do not have a business background or that you have not been involved in mergers acquisitions etc.

Various factors impact the capital markets, so stop sounding like a broken record

Things can change on a dime.

DOJA has to take advantage of whatever is best from it's perspective at the time.

Foresight does not mean having a crystal ball 2 months into the future, let alone one week!

So here the FACTS:
  • DOJA traded between 65c and 75c on October 3rd
  • DOJA traded between $1.22 and $1.25 on December 7th.
Please connect the dots as management took full advantage of a $15 million "bought deal", significantly higher than the 73c closing price of Oct 3rd. The Dec 7th price was about 1.7X the Oct 3rd S.P, and has approximately half the dillutive effect!

genius move IMHO.

Let's move on and not try and second guess managements business acumen.

And the Toke is on.....
