Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Clean it up!

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Clean it up! Right. This is precisely why I don't see Aphria as being added to the Index as a green light that the TMX is a non-issue. It has certainly been overblown and I believe they'll win the fight in the longrun, but being added to the Index is not an indicator that all is well.

i was off the board for a few days so excuse me if I missed the dialogue... Aphria being included in TSX Index is wholly different from TMX issues.

TMX doesn’t own/run the index. Standard and Poors is “owner/keeper” of the index.

Not it sure if it has been discussed. If it has my apologies.

We have those buyers ready to come back in and also new buyers alone from the composite news.I have a feeling we are not done with news for December......When earnings come out in January and proves to the people that doubt this company they will see It is legit worth every cent that is in the share price with lot's of room to grow! :)
