RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Clean it up! Right. This is precisely why I don't see Aphria as being added to the Index as a green light that the TMX is a non-issue. It has certainly been overblown and I believe they'll win the fight in the longrun, but being added to the Index is not an indicator that all is well.

TMX doesn’t own/run the index. Standard and Poors is “owner/keeper” of the index.
