ATT also has a distribution agreement with South Korea through GD Pharma. See news release here: https://abattis.com/index.php/2017/10/03/abattis-signs-definitive-distribution-agreement-with-gd-pharma-to-sell-abattis-products-in-south-korea/
I'm calling BULLSh*T on this one.
Pointing you to where they want you to look and still no explanation for Experion, sale of over 50% of Northern Vine, CEO in a lawsuit right now etc. Notice there is always "a plan to" involved with these guys. The Korea deal is nothing more than a middleman saying he knows a guy who knows a guy. It's a consulting firm, period. EVERYONE IS BUYING AND SELLING HEMP OIL, it's nothing new. Korea, really? They couldn't find a buyer closer to home? Ah, closer to home would be too easy for investors to track.
The only connection to Emerald is through Northern Vine and Emerald owns over half of it. So why invest in ATT? Any deal made for extraction of oils and testing etc., will be through Northern Vine right? Emerald owns 53% of Northern Vine, so again, why ATT? They are not partners, they are co-owners. If Emerald wanted to partner up, they would have acquired ATT!!! All they wanted was the LICENCE that came with Northern Vine, not the baggage that comes with ATT.
This is a complete turd IMO.
