Is it time to average down?

Is it time to average down? Ridiculously low market cap ...... possibly good news on its way... ( I don't think they would have rescheduled the AGM in order to get bad news out first.... and then expect our votes) maybe COT has finally bottomed out. Let's hope. Gtla
