RE:Buy out

RE:Buy outI often read and hear about the rumblings of an imminent take-over in those fly by night stock market publications. However, one should not fail to distinguish between an attractive takeover target and a company that is willing to be taken over by anyone. Why would anyone support a take-over and sell here on cheap… I will not. It would be outright silly-imo.
1) there is much, much more gold in the ground. So why would you sell -now- before we could ever know how much there is? As long there is such a high recovery rate we are far from knowing how much gold is in the groundin fact, we can expect that there is a lot, lot more than the last silly 43-101 provides data for it. The grades and the recovery rate indicate this very fact.
2) If there is a brown field explorer who can become a producer…then it is Sabina. There is stupid money and there is smart money…. and I would bet here that smart money is willing to invest into a bright future.
3) Hackett…what a play… why to give it away for free?

Take-over or Hackett style sale?
In fact, I could name a lot of more reasons why not to bet here on a looming take-over scenario.....yet, if there is a sale then it might be a Hackett style of sale. Someone big takes over the project and Sabina is earing here on the fly….  In this way Sabina overcomes the uncertainty of complicates negotiations about the amount of gold… and the risk might be split… in turn, Sabina will earn money and turn her excellent knowledge about the area in a new platform for new projects…. Or does anyone believe that Back River is a freak of nature in the area? I don’t….and geologist look at the area now and I would bet on that the geologist of Sabina listen and look(ed) around…. and most likely they talk(ed) for a long time about other and new projects as well… imo
