.33 closing price on Dec 15th

I have had this feeling for a long time that the SP will close at .33 by the time of the Big meeting on Dec 15th.I think Crawford will sell his shares in PHM to LND at .33 cents. The price he paid when he took his balance of shares in PHM stock.That would also explain why Braun is looking for a seat on the
BOD of PHM...
