RE:Sly and the Gang No disrespect but this is pretty stupid reasoning. They are obligated by law to announce material news right away. This was right away, and frankly doing it before Monday's trading it was clear this was not strangely advantageous to them - quite the opposite. When news happens, you release it. It's law. You don't cherry pick your timing.
Then the fact that there was something good with weedmaps is simply a good thing.

You're an emotional investor. If you sold first thing in the morning as many nervous nellies who don't really have big picture thinking, you likely already regret your decision because the stock bounced back asap, even better than i thought it would.
You're 100% incorrect that this will be worth nothing if Palo Verde shuts down, hence it's probably a good thing you sold because your knowledge of the company and business is on the low end.
