Zettl makes the case those 38 percent shareholder....Violated confidentiality agreements on the CMED deal with HIP by telling ACB about it..... 

Oh man..... I just hate this kind of fighting..... Zettl is despirate in a way,  but he is also a reasonable man....

You can just see lawyers licking their lips like hyenas standing above the carcus of a baby panda....  

He said,  "we are not going to lay down"...... I kind of don't blame him.... His company has huge oil business as well....

Why do you bury a Lawyer 10 feed down....?
