RE:RE:RE:Sly and the Gang
RE:RE:RE:Sly and the Gang What are you talking about?? They got the news Friday and had to vet their issue with lawyers and thus couldn't get it out on Friday so they did it the next possible day which was Saturday. You would know this if you did a modicum of research.
You sold, you regret it, now you're looking to affirm that you did the right thing. I understand that but you're looking for things that aren't there. You grab the paintbrush that says "dishonest" and anythign you don't fully understand, you'll paint it with that brush. Sad really.
You got out before realizing BIG GAINS lol.
I'm glad I'm not getting any investment advice from YOU. lol
Hypescape wrote: They obviously chose to release the news on Monday, which of course they received last week. Who gets official notice on Saturdays?? Whatever, it's dishonest behaviour on behalf of the company, and it reeks of a cover up. I got out before realizing any big losses. I see this stock sliding down until the bs is sorted. If it doesnt, that good for those of you who remain long.
Greede wrote: No disrespect but this is pretty stupid reasoning. They are obligated by law to announce material news right away. This was right away, and frankly doing it before Monday's trading it was clear this was not strangely advantageous to them - quite the opposite. When news happens, you release it. It's law. You don't cherry pick your timing.
Then the fact that there was something good with weedmaps is simply a good thing.
Stop trying to read into things and evaluate them objectively.
Unlikely you'll ever get in at .15.
You're an emotional investor. If you sold first thing in the morning as many nervous nellies who don't really have big picture thinking, you likely already regret your decision because the stock bounced back asap, even better than i thought it would.
You're 100% incorrect that this will be worth nothing if Palo Verde shuts down, hence it's probably a good thing you sold because your knowledge of the company and business is on the low end.

Is it just me, or are they trying to bury the NODs? Slyly releasing it over the weekend, and now another NR promoting the dab which states at the end that currently "FLI-branded products are being manufactured and distributed in Colorado by Palo Verde LLC, the tenant at the Company’ s Pueblo, Colorado facility." This will all be worth nothing if Palo Verde is shut down.... I'm not impressed with the company's release of information, and what seems to equate to "cover-up". I sold all my shares, but will be watching. Might buy back in around .15, but not if they get their PR BS sorted. GLTA
