This is why I dont think EAT is just an innocent player in all this. There's certain things EAT is "allowed" to profit from with the legality of not having a licence and using Palo Verde. My guess is they didnt articulate themselves properly which is raising a lot of questions. Theyre playing the game. You needs to cross all your ts and dot ur I's.
