RE:RE:RE:RE:Raid Ancient History !!They were allowed by law enforcement to continue extracting material using CO2 instead of high volatility extraction techniques. And the mayor has said their situation with respect to high volatility extraction will no longer be in legal doubt come January 1st. Given those two facts I doubt that the county would have removed any equipment, seeing as the equipment can be used to legally extract cannabis oil using CO2. The process is not as efficient but that's not really such a big deal because LDS is currently supply constrained.
One other thing of note regarding the sheriff's quotations below. Those words are not an official statement from teh Sheriff. Every press release made by the county sheriff department for the last two years is easily searchable on their website. I spent 30 minutes looking over every press release they've issued and there is nothing relating to LDS. There are numerous examples of extraction facilities being raided for unlicensed use of high volatility materials (as well as other marijuana related infractions) but LDS and the raid we are concerned about is not mentioned. I suspect this omission is because LDS has a license for high volatility extraction that is in good standing with the municipality, and their COO was signed off on by the county fire department. It seems like there is a legitimate dispute over any wrongdoing by LDS.
That is not to say that LDS will get out of this without any punishment. I find it unlikely that they will recover the extracted material. But I also doubt they will be met with the full force of the law because of the obvious legal battle that would follow.
Just my 2 cents. GLTFA

Once you realize how sticky the oil is, and the agenda was to remove all product, I highly doubt the stainless vats were free of matirial glued like honey to the inner surface of the vats and other equipment. Maybe they siezed all of it! I'm mean, it has been described by the media as an illegal drug lab? But I'm sure that is the least of your worries, as I know the wildfires are getting real close to the lab and nearly impossible to stop. I'd hate to try and source shake, from an abundance of gardens that look like burnt popsicles, because there wouldn't be any, if by chance there were any sites that were fortunate enough to escape the inferno, I'm sure the product would be 10x current asking due to supply and demand. Thoughts?
