What will happen!

What will happen!Maybe someone has covered this before and if so I apologize for repeating. I was wondering what would happen if CMED wins their legal battle versus ACB.  Sask Works Venture, Apex Investments, Golden Opportunities and Vantage Asset Management obviously did not have faith in CMED management so they threw in with ACB. I think we can fairly assume that was the case. Also, if they have somewhere around 38% then they have approx. 8,750,000 shares. What do you think will happen to those shares. Do these investment companies sit on their shares with a company they have no faith in or do they sell them and buy into a company they do have faith in. If that happens what is the SP of CMED and what is the SP of ACB?

Just wondering.
