Just my opinion..

I think this is a good sign. Normally I would be disappointed but not in this case. I think RHT knows they are going to win some pretty big fish. And in order to do so, they need to show that they can actually follow through with scalability and contractual obligations in a swift efficient manner. U.K NHS?
