I checked them out plus a couple others...being new to the market in the Spring, I was overwhelmed and decided to stick with TD.

I need to wait till January because I've been told it can take up to 3 business days to journal to a third party...the TD rep actually suggested that "(I) cash out my positions at TD and re-position with the new third party trading account"?!!! Sure...I'll take TD's advice that suggests exposing myself to capitial gains implications...sheesh!

I think TD is complacent, so they don't worry about losing small accounts. I think it's predatory their website STILL states they offer "Real Time" level 2 quotes.

I'll definitely look at Questrade after market close. Thank you!
