RE:SmallCapPower ArticleBSM now trades at 1.4x sales.. when acquisitions in the telematics space have gone as high as the 4x-5x range. With Crescendo on the board, I'm guessing a $1.30 share price won't last long. They see the acquisition multiples in the space and I'd bet they'll push for a sale some time soon.
