The investment seeks to track the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the WisdomTree International SmallCap Dividend Index. Under normal circumstances, at least 95% of the funds total assets (exclusive of collateral held from securities lending) will be invested in component securities of the index and investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of such component securities. The index is comprised of the small-capitalization segment of the dividend-paying market in the industrialized world outside the U.S. and Canada. The fund is non-diversified.

Good analysis. Tax loss selling is huge here. Stock is now trading below tangible book value. So right now stock only prices in what is sitting on the balance sheet, and no earnings power. Should bounce back to 20-30 cents once tax loss selling is done.
