From your posts I'm gathering you are short term. You are waiting for the news, the pop and than bail few weeks later. My reasoning is all long term. It doesn't matter to me if they don't sign the financing this year, they will next. Even if they re-issue shares to get the sats built, I'm not selling. Can you say the same? I don't think so! Think long term and all your scepticism and pessimism will go away. GLTAL
