RE:Corporate lawyer representation question$151,428 in cash, $ 4+ million liabilities, looks like assets number is padded with stuff like a customer list, shareholder deficit 26+ million, not sure whats going on here, I don't see any lawyer wanting to touch this. This is about the worst balance sheet I have ever seen.
