RE:RE:Today's closeDoes a takeout feel imminent?  That's because it is imminent at this price...because the assets here may be world class by all standards and the company has a market cap of $210M which is absolutely way to low for all of us.

Takeouts come at a premium to the current trading price.  The company making the offer will offer a premium to the average trading price over a span of time.  Ie. 80% over the 7-day average. The higher the average, the higher the takeout offer.

That is my motivation for educating the readers.  There are people here that have a lot to offer.  If you don't care about the facts, then you simply don't invest using fundamentals and sentiment.  If you don't think that this company is valued at a price greater than its currently at, then you probably can't be convinced.... but plain and simple, sooner or later, the share price needs to escalate to eventually receive fair compensation for our investment.
