West Face must sure like litigation.  Same hedge fund that Glassman sued just in November (with a whole "Wolfpack" of Co-defendents) for manipulation and conspiring to drive Callidus Capital share price down.  I wonder if they work together and did so on HCG.  Funny how the truth will eventually come out, one way or another.  Truth always wins!
