After reading through the legal documents provided by MED, I do not think that the intent here is malicious on behalf of MED. They just require complete transparency when it comes down to the finacial aspects of a license holder. Basically, they want full tracibility of financials and where the cash flow of a licensee is going. I am pretty confident that this is just a matter of clarifying any ambiguities around financial interest and it will be business as usual. If there was anything serious going on here they would have just revoked licensing altogether.
