Can Ucore move its offices South to Florida?

Can Ucore move its offices South to Florida?So that Art(me) could be "close" to management.
Mark  responded that he would bring this up at the next AGM.

Agreement with IBC to be public soon followed by announcements  of different ongoing projects!!
