Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. The Company develops and commercializes a treatment for septic shock utilizing its Endotoxin Activity Assay (EAA) diagnostic and the Toraymyxin therapeutic (PMX). Yes this is a distribution deal. My point is that is has been approved in Canada for a while and I am unclear on how it was approved in Canada already but is taking so long in the US. I am trying to understand the differences between the countries.
