this stock will languish with a three handle to it
until investors see earnings next March, too many vagaries and uncertainties now after this dilution/stop the stock  in its tracks episode,  proof of the pudding will be needed to quantify a run up with this excess of share dilution sloshing around with greater and enhanced risk attached to it. Not running the stock down , but, I'll be looking for another pretty lady to dance with.
