keep it simple, sounds like a Trump deal

In  Trumps case = Trump does not own Trump Tower a hotel company owns the tower and pays Trump a fee to use his brand name.

In NH case = Palo verde owns the hotel and pays NH a fee to use the FLI- Brand name
am i right or wrong
