Experience on NamasteMD For those that want to hear about my experience with NamasteMD it was fairly poor. I understand that their new, I understand that there are growing pains etc before all the defensive users start bashing me again.
But what I do find unacceptable is the following:
1) they called and asked me to clear cache (they pronounced it 'cash-eh' - thought that to be kind of funny) since the video connection wasn't loading. Upon clearing cache, I could not log back in and there is no reset password function on the site. They then reset my password but it still did not work.
2) The nurse practitioner that I spoke with didn't seem to have any experience with cannabis and seemed to just be rushing me off the call. She just said that I'll get a max of 2grams per day and they will be submitting my info to health canada and it should take two weeks.
3) I then received a call about 10 mins later from an OCannabas rep who I could tell was reading straight off a sheet of paper (super nice staff, just VERY inexperienced) and told me that I will be getting my weed from a Tweed LP. I asked about how I would be transitioned back to Cannmart and she had no idea "we'll figure that out later" lol
So now I'm waiting for an email with a link to tweed and then a rep from tweed will be contacting me to further this process which will take another couple of weeks.
I get this is new but clearly no quality assurance done during beta stages on NamasteMD, and this whole set up seems very novice.
I love Namaste/NamasteMD/CannMart and I really hope that Sean is on the ground level and does his own investigations into their process. Right now it's very amateur with novice level staff in place.
Just sharing my experience! Don't hate, I'm long with Namaste! Bring on 3,4,5$/share.
