It doesn't impress me much!  It looks like Posner was sampling the goods and came up with another coat-tailing idea to get in the beverage business.  The had a similar idea in the past to get screwcaps full of thc and cbd so you could add them to your favourite beverage.  That sailed like a lead balloon. 
Here we are again with "koolaid" drink efforts to deserately try to have a beverage.  Breaking a cap and mixing the powder with your cola or water sounds like more work than most people are willing to do when there are ready to serve single drink offerings in competition with it and at half the price that they originally came out at with their cbd cap idea.
Somebody had the screwcap at $8 plus the cost of the drink you were going to mix it with.  I don't know if it is still for sale or not.  Probably not, because it just sounds messy and inconvenient by comparison.
The Xanthic site looks like somebody got out the cayenne and tumeric and poured it on the counter.  Amatuer hour at best and I can't take it seriously. 
At least in their effort to be everything marijuana they have recognized that beverages will be huge.
