RE:Time to digest ... we need to weigh pros and cons I find it concerning we are taking a $2M loan which is due June 2018, but also convertible to shares at election of WWR. How is CSPG expected to repay? What if WWR doesn't elect to convert? Bankruptcy? CSPG shareholders are out the door?
