The one thing wrong with Fortune minerals is that large amount of low grade ore [ think it is .005 %cobalt] and the amount if i remember correctly is over 1,000,000 tons ! This will have to be mined and stockpiled at the mine site

 almost forgot one can buy alot of stock when the price is in the 8 to 22 cent range ,,, USA
