The current odds of there being NO AWARD are Zero. There will be an award and soon we shall all know what that is a win, lose, or draw.

The stock is trading at .17 cents, a penny( US )above just the sunken cost which was $35 million. My best estimation is that we receive the equivalent of .65 cents for several years of lost opportunity waiting for the final award.

I wonder how much longer this "matter" can go on? the delay is starting to border on incompetence....
