RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Interesting

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Interesting Called my broker at TD, because I saw a note on my TFSA online account. TD are offering me to donate my shares free to get them out of my TFSA account. It is rare but someone can still buy the shell. If I want to keep my shares, the TD rep said I would have to hire a lawyer to value my shares and I could replace with cash and move the shares out of my TFSA account. I would still retain ownership of the shares. I imagine if I do donate the share, TD gets them fro free. If they get enough shares donated to them, maybe it will be worth their while to try and get money out of liquidation of assets? Just speculating. Just sharing the experience here. I suspect if you own a TD webbroker account and you trade online you received the same message.
