Lack of foresight

This pulling out key function from the site shows the lack of foresight from this company. You would think that they would have tested the platform extensively before going live. You would think that the site would have an easy to understand interface to navigate. You would think that they would have a proper communication plan regarding how to use their platform. You would think that they would have placed some kind of live support on their site. Very scary for a small investor to invest in a business that seems to be run by the seat of its pants.

All that being said, I believe in their product, they just need to work on refining the execution. We'll see in the new year how that goes.
