Time to Get Jim Frazier on a Conference Call

On Dec. 9th, Nutritional High announced that they received a NOTICE OF DENIAL for three of their licences, including:

1) Retail MIPS
2) Retail Cultivation
3) Medical  Marijuana Infused Products

The news release states that "among other grounds", Nutritional was denied these licences by the MED who believe that NH has has an undisclosed financial relationship with Palo Verde. Nutritional High has failed to identify these "other grounds" which shareholders have a right to know.

Two days later, on Dec. 11th, Nutritional High issued a "damage control" news release indicating that WeedMaps will be featuring FLI as a top-selling brand in Colorado on their site. Note that ANY company can appear in the Feature section on WeedMaps as long as they PAY for the space. To say that FLI is a top-selling brand in Colorado? Well, with a claim like this, shareholders expect to see HUGE sales numbers.

Most concerning is that Natures Herbs and Wellness, the ONLY dispensay in Denver carrying Nutritonal High products in not featuring FLI products on their WeedMaps menu. This is a big red flag. Now, why wouldn't Natures Herbs and Wellness be featuring the FLI brand on their Weedmaps menu? This would only help NH to gain awareness for their prodoucts. A bigger red flag is that Nutritional High has only been able to penetrate ONE dispensary in Denver, which is the most lucrative market for cannabis.

California? Nutritional High only applied for a CUP last month and it takes up to 10 to 12 months to receive this permit. So, sales into California are at least a year away.

Every shareholder of this stock should be emailing Jim Frazier today and requesting a conference call. There are a lot of questions that need to be asked and shareholders have the right to know the answers.
