I have a $1.82 average and am sitting drinking my coffee, watching, wishing I had more money to load up.

This is all part of the process. Longs will be rewarded, DO NOT listen to the noise. Waiting it out will feel a whole hell of a lot better than that feeling of selling in a panic and losing money. ESPECIALLY when you check back not so long after only to see you should not have done that. 

Stay strong, turn off computers if you need to. Believe!
