If that was the case the company and its exec's would be the subject of a Class Action Lawsuit.
OandD insurance against such action would have been carried...but what your suggesting
is illegal action by the company taken to mislead and defraud its investors.

i would be careful using that language/suggestion.

i just hope Hit Technologies is not extending the financials just to sell the inventory and call it quits. What did the Auditors found? 

At the end of the day, Hitcase is an awesome product but just one choice from over 100 other manufacturers of a IPhone cases. The adventure segment is a very small percentage of global sales. At the end of the day, it’s a phone case.

This need to be bought out ASAP. In my opinion, this ship as already sunk and needs be be rescued.
