Fare Thee Well...

Fare Thee Well...Since my last post I had to consider why I continue to hold even a small number of shares in a company that I honestly do not have faith in. Even though I hold a fondness to BFD for years of interesting investing and at times some decent returns it has always been a penny stock play. That did make it fun and one final kudo's to Jens. He is no longer with BFD and the company's focus I do not believe is aligned with investors.

I have been invested here on and off since the early 90's. Unless OSK splits the holdings of BFD to allow its other claims to be run independently I will invest in OSK (which is becoming cheaper all the time) if I want in to the current play. BFD will at some point IMO be rolled into OSK at a corresponding exchange value to shares in OSK.

For those thinking there should be a Class Action... good luck with that. The damage to BFD arose from the purchase of OSK and the change in the BOD. That was at a time when the share price was close to where we are today. In order to have a claim one must prove a loss and in reality none has taken place since that event. That is only one of many hurdles that would have to be cleared for a CA to proceed.

Wish this had unfolded differently and I will continue to watch BFD but have no inclination to buy back into it. Thanks for the good times and good luck to all that remain! My final post here. Regards.
