Why me ..... shorts win

Why me ..... shorts win I'm down $40k in Bir and $120k in pony. My break even price is high $4's for bir and mid $3.50's....
i am more depressed than the sp at this point...

How I went from a well balanced portfolio to mainly these two nat gas companies beats me...

totally wrong choices. 

Should have stayed in lithium and canibus.
